Roasted Tomato Bloody Mary Tartlet

I'm deliberating on the final recipe specs for my first signature dish... the Roasted Tomato Bloody Mary Tartlet.

Picture this: homemade pastry dough, thinly sliced Campari tomatoes, freshly grated horseradish, lots of cracked black pepper, dash of Worcestershire, dash of Tabasco, and crunchy celery toothpicks as garnish.

Still contemplating using a steamed clam because so many folks use Clamato... stay tuned!

update: stroke of genius... the addition of caramelized cocktail onions!
